I’m Amanda Lupis a Goals and Empowerment Coach and the founder of the Become Her Now Method. My work is rooted in lived experience: rebuilding my body after a car accident, navigating IVF and pregnancy loss, raising three daughters, and finding my way through early perimenopause.
When I was 19, I shattered vertebrae in my back and was told I might never walk again. I didn’t accept that. I learned to walk again, step by step, and trusted my inner guidance over the fear and doubt around me. That trust led me into a fifteen-year modelling career across Europe, Australia, Africa, and New York - a chapter I never would have reached if I had handed my power and what was possible for my life over to other people.
Motherhood brought its own challenges. After years of IVF and a second-trimester miscarriage, I leaned into the same self-belief that carried me through my accident. That strength is what brought me my three daughters.
And then came perimenopause, the most humbling chapter yet. The symptoms were confusing and often dismissed, but they pushed me to advocate for my body again. What I now know to be true is this: We are the experts on our own bodies. And we always have been.
Perimenopause challenged me mentally, emotionally, and physically, but it also unlocked a more profound wisdom, a stronger voice, and a new level of self-trust. At 50, I can honestly say I’m living in my best decade yet.
I became a Goals and Empowerment Coach because I knew I could help women with the tools, strength, and lived wisdom that changed my life. I’m trained through The Life Coach School, Tony Robbins, and Cloe Madanes’ Strategic Intervention program, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition — but it’s my real-life experience that shapes how I coach.
And when we learn how to work with our minds, understand our emotions, and honour our bodies, we unlock a level of power most women don’t even realize they already have.
Partnering with Aviiana is a full-body yes. This community is redefining what’s possible for women in midlife. Perimenopause isn’t the end it’s an awakening. And I’m here to walk with you through it.
