Mary Doube is obsessed with revolutionising how women get their strong back through technology. Her path paved by her own personal story of transformation, from an unfit mum of three to one of Australia’s strongest women - now an inspiration for women across the globe. Mostly known for her creation of “Strong Formula” – a program created for women over 40 to reclaim their health & happiness via a non-hormonal method that alleviates the symptoms of peri/menopause.
As co-founders of Aviiana, Ali, and Mary will utilise their passion and experience to drive conversations about menopause, break societal stigmas, and empower women to embrace this life stage with vitality and resilience.
Both women are celebrated for their relentless ongoing commitment to promoting women’s health and empowerment. “I am incredibly honoured to join forces with Mary Doube as co-founder,” said Ali Daddo. “Menopause is a significant and often misunderstood chapter in a woman’s life. We have an opportunity to destigmatise the topic, educate women about their options, and provide them with the support they need to thrive during this transformative phase. Together, we can empower women worldwide to embrace their strength and celebrate their journey.”
Through its platform, Aviiana provides a curated selection of high-quality products, personalised wellness plans, expert advice, rewards, and a supportive community that empowers women throughout their menopause journey.
“I absolutely adore Ali,” said Mary Doube, founder and CEO of Aviiana. “Ali’s dedication to women’s health, coupled with her remarkable relatability, makes her the perfect partner to champion our common cause. We believe Aviiana will inspire women globally to embrace life after 40, and peri/menopause as a new chapter of strength and growth.”
About Mary
They call me the Strong Coach Mary, a name earned through my personal journey from rock bottom to a life filled with vitality. A civil engineer by trade, I stumbled upon my true calling after my own transformation, hence Aviiana (formally known as Strong Formula) was born, a business that helps other women to find their inner strength.
Now a Weightlifting Coach and mentor, I am on a mission to redefine how women approach fitness, without sacrificing the pleasures of life.
I can lift a keg like a boss, bust out some killer dance moves, and light up a room with laughter. But, please, don't ask me to sing – it's not pretty!
From a place of darkness, I found my way to strength, and now I want to help other women do the same. Witnessing my ladies get their STRONG BACK, and seeing the confidence it sparks, fuels my passion. I've lived it, I've breathed it, and now I'm spreading the word. Even with my three daughters, I'm relentless in instilling strength in their minds. I may drive them crazy, but if it becomes a part of who they are, it's worth it.
I am so proud of Aviiana. Together we have created the ultimate destination for women over 40 by offering innovative solutions and a holistic approach to women's well-being. Today we revolutionise the way women experience wellness through technology
About Ali
Alison Brahe was a force to be reckoned with from the age of sixteen when she burst into the modeling scene, quickly becoming a sought-after name in Australia, London, and Tokyo. She graced the covers of Dolly magazine seven times in 1992 and was voted one of the most influential women of the century by Cleo readers. As the face of Portmans and Jacqui E, she was a familiar sight in the fashion world.
However, in a shocking move, Alison walked away from her thriving career to follow her heart to Los Angeles with her husband, actor/singer Cameron Daddo. After achieving her degree in Early Childhood from UCLA in 2013, Alison found her true calling in childcare and has since dedicated herself to educating and caring for children.
But wait, there's more! She's also a podcaster extraordinaire, co-hosting the hilarious "Separate Bathrooms" podcast with her hubby on Nova Entertainment. After returning to Australia in 2016, she's still spreading her knowledge and passion for childcare while spending time with family. Alison Brahe, you're a superstar!
ALI's BOOK
Welcome to your new best friend! A warm, honest, and caring companion to guide you through the wild world of menopause or to just give you a sneak peek into what's ahead.
Unfortunately, society can often view women as second-class citizens, valuing our appearance above all else. But we know that women are powerhouses, especially as we age and become less concerned with society's beauty standards.
As we cross the invisible line into menopause, it can be a time of wonder and despair, and it's a challenge to not see ourselves through the lens of society. But fear not, as every woman will experience this change at some point in their life!
Ali Daddo, having gone through her own menopause journey, has created a compassionate and relatable guide to all the complex emotions surrounding menopause and the post-menopausal years. Along with some famous Australian ladies like Georgie Parker, Anita Heiss, and Rhonda Burchmore, Ali shares her own experiences to help women feel less alone during this potentially lonely time.
Whether you're going through menopause or just curious about what's to come, Queen Menopause is the book you wish you had to guide you through this stage of life and make you feel supported and prepared. Remember, this is for all women!
