You’ll have more time to identify which foods support your symptoms and make it easier to manage the weight gain that many people experience during midlife. You will learn to establish healthy habits and make sustainable lifestyle changes, which can lead to better long-term results and a greater chance of success.

The longer duration of this program allows more time for behaviour modification, learning about portion control, meal planning, macronutrients, and other aspects of a balanced diet.

Regular accountability check-ins will help keep you on track and enhance adherence and motivation to the program to reach your goals.
