Jenny is a Physiotherapist and certified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. She moved to Sydney from Ireland 2 years ago and since then has since worked solely in the health and fitness industries. She has a huge passion for staying STRONG as you age and using exercise as “preventative medicine”. She strongly believes exercise should be enjoyed and any niggle or injury shouldn’t limit you in achieving your goals! She loves to keep active, enjoying her daily CrossFit sessions and weekly runs

Certified Nutrition Coach

Katie is a Precision Nutrition & Cert IV Weight Management qualified nutrition coach. She specialises in menopause nutrition and is passionate about helping women navigate the challenges of hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause. She believes changing food behaviours is almost never just about the food. Your mindset, self-talk, habits, behaviours, and emotional awareness/management all interconnect with each other and play significant roles in your weight management journey. With her guidance, you can learn how to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will help you achieve your goals and feel your absolute best!

Reinvention and Stress Management Coach

Nicole has been through it all and is on a mission to support women manage stress, anxiety and reinvent themselves as they head into the next amazing chapter of life. Nicole has a Bachelor's Degree of Physical Education, Certified Level IV Fitness, Foundation in Counselling Certificate, Certificate in Transcendental Meditation.
